How to Apply
To apply for the MOF membership (valid for two years), simply approach our friendly crew at the restaurant for an application form and get your MOF membership "Citizenship" and card on the spot!

Membership Fee: $10 (or $5 if payment is via DBS by Credit or Debit Card. Valid for in-store sign-up and till 31 August 2009 only).
